SpecCore Analytics collects information needed to provide datasheet comparison, specification extraction, normalization, reporting, account access, billing, security, and support.

This may include account information such as name, email address, company name, role, login status, subscription status, and workspace membership. When users upload files, we process the uploaded PDFs, spreadsheets, CSV files, and related technical materials to provide extraction, normalization, comparison, and review functionality.

We may also collect product usage information, including pages viewed, features used, files uploaded, comparison activity, exports generated, session duration, errors, performance data, device information, browser type, operating system, approximate geography, user-agent strings, and security logs.

We use information to operate, secure, and improve SpecCore Analytics; authenticate users; process uploaded files; generate comparison outputs; preserve source values; normalize units; support workspace collaboration; provide customer support; manage billing and subscriptions; detect abuse; and comply with legal obligations.

We also use usage and performance information to understand how the platform is used, improve workflows, evaluate feature adoption, troubleshoot issues, and develop internal operational analytics.

SpecCore Analytics may use analytics, advertising, attribution, and measurement platforms to understand website traffic, product usage, marketing performance, conversion activity, and campaign effectiveness.

These platforms may collect or receive information such as cookie identifiers, device identifiers, IP address or hashed IP address, browser information, pages viewed, referral sources, and interactions with our website or services. We use these tools to measure and improve the website, evaluate marketing campaigns, and deliver or measure relevant advertising.

SpecCore Analytics collects anonymized and aggregated data about platform usage for internal analysis, product improvement, operational analytics, and reporting.

Aggregated reporting may include trends such as upload volumes, feature usage, comparison activity, specification categories, unit normalization patterns, workflow completion rates, extraction confidence trends, and other platform-level metrics.

Aggregated reporting is designed to avoid identifying individual users, individual companies, private workspaces, specific uploaded files, or customer-specific confidential information.

SpecCore Analytics does not sell personal data. We do not sell user account information, uploaded customer documents, workspace content, or personal data to data brokers.

Some privacy laws define sale, sharing, or targeted advertising broadly. Where applicable, we will provide required disclosures and opt-out mechanisms for advertising or analytics technologies that may fall within those definitions.

We may share information with service providers that help us provide hosting, authentication, storage, analytics, payment processing, email delivery, customer support, security, monitoring, and infrastructure services.

If an account is part of an organization or team workspace, certain account, usage, workspace, and membership information may be visible to authorized organization administrators.

We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, court order, government request, or when necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or enforce our agreements.

Uploaded files are processed to provide the services requested by the user, including extraction, normalization, comparison, review, and export. SpecCore Analytics does not sell uploaded documents.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to upload files and materials to SpecCore Analytics. Users should not upload classified, export-controlled, legally restricted, or highly sensitive information unless a separate written agreement with appropriate controls is in place.

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the service, maintain accounts, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, support security, and improve the platform.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and users should protect their credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

Depending on location and applicable law, users may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of personal information. Users may also opt out of marketing communications by using unsubscribe links or contacting us.

Transactional messages related to accounts, security, billing, or service operation may still be sent when necessary.

SpecCore Analytics is intended for business and professional use. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the last updated date and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
